A nice stay

It was a nice property in a good area - close to shops, pubs and restaurants. Room was clean and tidy and provided with tea and coffee.

There are no facilities on site and there was no staff to speak to. The heating didnt work well which meant the room was extremely cold for December - no extra blankets or duvets. It was somewhat expensive for not having anything on site and the rooms were very small - we should have been in a bigger room apparently from the booking so if this was a bigger version I feel the budget rooms would be tiny. Ive stayed plenty in Oban and there are properties around the same price with better facilities and people on site if anything goes wrong. Check out time was also very early.

the on site parking is plus. also that your near to town centre.

I had one concern is that I had to lock the door,when going in and out of the building.it was the only way out incase of fire.

Comfortable room in great location, but terrible wifi.

The room and bed were comfortable. The check in with the key code worked well and having on-site parking in a location so close to the centre of Oban was great. Having a Tassimo coffee maker in the room was an added and unexpected bonus (However there was only one pod, not even enough for each of us the first morning).

The use of a fully-tied wifi service, where you are forced to go through a specific portal that monitors your entire online activity and sells it to third parties is unacceptable in this day and age. My wife would not even log into the service and I was forced to use expensive, international roaming rates on my phone, in order to stay in contact. We would not stay here again.
