    Nice experience, staff and quick respond
    The hairdryer and kitchen was a bonus. Therefore, the staff is so helpful i need a cardbox and print for my shipping package they serve well. When the courier come I got a call from them telling courier is outside, so all sorted. No need to worriea When you have a package just take on the reception.
    The only minus is we should carry our luggage through the stairs as we lived on the top of the building.

    Great!
    We were a bit confused with no reception check-in but it was smooth and easy once we got the instructions. The room was clean, tidy and spacious. We were happy to see the microwave and mini-fridge. There were extra blankets, pillows and we were given new towels during the stay. Beds were all comfy and the staff was helpful.
    Building is not right in the city centre but that was totally fine for us as it is 20-25 mins away on foot, and in front of a bus stop. (It takes 8-10 mins by bus to the centre)

    The location was decent, so was the heating and the WiFi. But otherwise the room was really bad.
    The heating was good, which is often not guaranteed for guest houses in that region. Also WiFi was working very well.
    I had probably the smallest and most claustrophobic room in my entire life, half of it was taken by the bed and the fridge alone (I could not see it from the photos when I was doing the booking). So was the shower, I barely fit into it, while constantly hitting the shower head holder (and I am a pretty skinny person with a normal BMI). There was also small table in there, but it was too wobbly and thus not easy to work on. The environment in the room was literally just to sleep over and then get out for the entire day.

    Doors dont block out enough noise
    Nice convenient place, not too far from the centre. Comfortable beds
    Noisy staff the next morning cleaning the stairs and dragging hoovers and things up and down. Ruined a nice lie-in, hence the somewhat disappointing review

    Perfect for an overnight stay
    Location was perfect for a concert at St Johns Church. The room was clean and tidy and even provided a fridge & microwave.
    The checking in process was a little fraught, I was unable to send a mug shot and the entry code wasn't sent, but the hotel was great on communication & it all worked out in the end.
