Unusual, made to feel extremely welcome. Beautiful property, superb grounds, lovely hosts. One loo in the bathroom for two guest bedrooms was a tad awkward but otherwise highly recommended. Thank you, diolch yn fawr.

The owner (Ric) was very kind and helpful. Beautiful house, lovely rooms, very clean, felt safe, and instructions were very easy to follow. Mimi (the cat) is very gentle and sweet. She only has access to the kitchen and outside, unless you let her in to the rest of the house. Naturally, we loved her so we let her roam freely through the house (when there were no other guests around) and she even spent one of the nights with us! Honestly such a great stay and would so easily recommend and go back. For breakfast, you're a 3 minute walk from Proof Social Bakehouse (pricey but AMAZING pastries, check opening times on google maps), and 5 minutes to the bus stop to go to Abingdon or Oxford (about 15mins to get to either). Thank you!! Luis & Rick

Great deal on a homey stay within reach of Oxford.
Lovely, mellow energy, a little closer to nature. The hosts were absolutely fabulous- kind, lovely, intelligent people and they made incredible bread every morning! Private and secure, very clean. An easy drive to Oxford. An easy walk across a beautiful wldish area of the Thames, to an excellent and enjoyable pub.
I was a little disappointed that I didnt actually get to use the bathtub as there was not really enough hot water. I wish I had understood the expense of parking in Oxford, before deciding to rent a car and stay out there, honestly, I think this still worked out better overall though, and I would be happy to return there. The hosts really went above and beyond.

Excellent place to stay. Highly recommend.
Breakfast was exceptionally good. Homemade sourdough bread every morning with a selection of jams and cereal. Our hosts were amazingly friendly, always chatting with us whenever they could and making sure we had everything we needed and wanted. Excellent place to stay.

    Disappointing
Quiet location, Clean, but let down by not enough information from the hosts :(
Both the room and bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable. The location of the property was good and the property is behind electric gates with parking available.
When I checked in Ric was polite and showed me to the room. I wasn't given any information about breakfast or asked if it was required? Some information about use of communal areas to prepare food, would have also been nice. There was no TV in the room, although it does state on the website that rooms have a coffee maker and tv? I did not see any of the hosts accept Ric when checking in. He informed me that he would not be available for the rest of my stay. I did not see Nadia at all. I was not comfortable enough to wander around looking for the hosts to ask any questions as I felt like an intruder in someone's home. I would not book a return stay.

Well presented, excellent location, good value for money.
The location was brilliant for a commute into oxford city centre, room had clothes hanger, towel and hand / shower wash provided. Nice stretch of the River Thames a short walk away, the nearest pubs beer garden was quite impressive. Was in range of deliveroo delivery service.
Sainsburies / nearest supermarket was closed Sunday evening, location may make luggage difficult if busy and vacating the same day.

A charming location immerse in the British countryside.
Nadias house is all you need for a nice city escape immerse in the British countryside. If youre looking for an authentic experience off-the-beaten track this your place. The room was very comfortable and the host very kind and helpful. What I like most are the bakery and the pub nearby, both very local and with excellent food range. If youre a real outdoorsy you can an hour and half walk to Oxford along the river Thames with amazing landscape views, very relaxing.
