Amazing!!
Loved this hotel. We went for new year with our dog as did a lot of the other guests!! The room had a door leading onto the grounds so easy access if the dog needed to pop outside, dog treats in a bowl. The food was amazing including the breakfast. Lovely grounds and comfortable bed. Would go back here as everything was perfect for two nights. Wonderful helpful staff

The smell of cannabis out on the landing by our room. The managers response was poor and he was not concerned. They also processed a huge amount for pre authorisation at check in which has still not been refunded taking my bank account overdrawn. Parking fees are also expensive

The property is a beautiful setting to spend a lovely relaxing weekend.
Unfortunately due to a error in the system the hotel was over booked and our booking had not gone through despite being told it had. The hotel staff were lovely and arranged for us to stay at their sister hotel which was just as lovely.

The property is very beautiful, the breakfast very good too
I didn't like the food in the restaurant, it wasn't worth the money, the worst thing for me was the pressure to choose everything quickly, we didn't have time to enjoy the place because the staff clearly wanted us to spend a lot and leave quickly.
The food is frozen food only heated on the spot, no dish tasted fresh.
