    The breakfast was a cut above many other hotels and the cleanliness was faultless
    The dcor needs a little bit of refreshing, there are a few too many chips in the paintwork, it just needs a bit of redecorating

    Location good for city, hotel was comfortable.
    Sitting facilities were not enough for two would have liked a second chair in the room or somewhere away from the reception desk to sit down. GF bread was like warmed cardboard, need to find a different supplier of gf bread.

    Attention no lift available
    Many bus connecting to Oxford.
    The family room is too small. No lift and we were at 2nd floor; moreover the stairs from 1st to 2nd floor are very steep. No one offered to help us bringing up luggages. If you go there and you are not a mounteneer better you enquire before booking. Moreover the hotel is not in Oxford but in Sommerville few kilometers away.

    I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist who booked me in. The room was immaculate and large with bottled water, coffee making facilities with cookies and very large fluffy white towels. The breakfast was included and had everything you could wish for from continental to full English with real orange juice and good coffee and hotel had free parking. Overall a very good experience well worth the money, and I will definitely stay here again. The only negative was I only stayed one night this time.

    Good for an overnight stay
    The staff were very nice, it was clean, and well located to get into Oxford. Off street parking. The double room we had was spacious and so was the bathroom. Fresh bouncy towels and the shower was nice with good pressure.
    The powdered eggs used for the scrambled eggs and the hot items for the breakfast were all fried. If you are two large people then the double bed is quite small.

    Great stay!
    Easy to find, bus stops close by to get back and forth from the train station and city center, our room was very comfortable and clean, breakfast was really good, the staff was very friendly and accomodating.

    The staff was very helpful. They've helped me with my luggage and arranged breakfast earlier.
    The room was not super clean. There were spiders in the corners and over the bed (I'm afraid of spiders so this was a huge minus). Lamps near bad did not work (or I did not know how to turn them on)

    Totally fit for purpose and ecellent value. Outstanding breakfast
    Breakfast was excellent. Ensuite was spacious and suitable for disabled which made it very easy to use. Room was small, as expected, but cosy!
    Very difficult to find fault. Bedside lighting on one side was not really adequate.
