Very good

Great value for money

Room was nice, good value. Pratibha was very kind and helpful.

Bathroom was a bit cramped and the shower didn't drain very well.

The room was perfect for my needs. The owner was extremely helpful. Short bus journey/walk to shopping centre.

I found my stay to room to be everything that it was advertised as and the owners to be more than helpful and I really appreciated them going to extra mile to help me out when I needed it. Couldnt really ask for more.

The location was fine for our needs, however the Bookings.com link say "red Lion Accommodation". The accommodation is nothing to do will the Red Lion Pub anymore and the provider of the rooms should inform the relevant links....Bookings.com etc as we booked the accommodation based on the fact it was the Pub!!

We booked the accommodation on the understanding it was, Bed and Breakfast as per the Bookings.com link! when we arrived we were told NO breakfast would be provided!! We would not have stayed if we knew this was the case and could have stayed in Abingdon were there was such accommodation. I feel we should be given a refund based on wrong advertising, subsequently we had to purchase breakfast elsewhere. Perhaps the owner should look at revamping the bathroom. Its very tight to get into the shower due to the sink position and the shower door opens into the room!!

Superb

Nice enough room, hostess was very nice. Location was good.

I didn't have breakfast. Room was large enough and plenty of room to move about. Comfortable and clean.

Rugs by the side of the bed were slippy. Could do with some non slip tape underneath them.

Room right on busy road so very noisy. Bathroom tiny. Expected accommodation to be in the Red Lion pub- it isnt!

Great place to stay if you only need a place to sleep

Late booking earlier in week made up for by location of local pub that catered for food. Friendly and helpful host. Good parking available.

Due to the lack of places to eat within local area there was no facilities to store chilled food or drinks.

Wonderfully comfortable. Fantastic hostess.

Hostess was an absolute gem. She not only moved my room to the ground floor as I mentioned my recent back & neck op. She also kindly lifted and brought all my suitcases into the room for me & loaned me a bowl & spoon for my morning cereal. Big bedroom, TV, Kettle, Tea/Coffee and Water. Enough loo paper. Good shower, Very clean. She couldn't do enough for me. Checked in every day to see if I needed any supplies replenished.

Thicker walls / insulation between rooms as some rowdy lads could have been inside my room.... but they quietened down after I knocked on their door and asked them politely to please turn their tv down.

Comfortable, convenient and value for money.

My partner who stayed at the property found it very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful. The property was clean and tidy. He would stay there again as it was convenient.
