The room was not clean at all, housekeeping could have done a better job cleaning. The floor was dirty and there was hairs in the bathroom

Rooms were quiet, slept well, it was clean and comfortable!

Centrally Located, easy access to hwy 1 north or south, 8 minutes to Pacific Grove, 6 min to Target, Ross, Sand City.

Hot tub was drained, needs to be fixed! Pool was open but not heated warm enough to even use! It was icy cold! I Really wanted to go swimming esp. since the weather was so nice the entire week!

Overall good experience

Rooms were surprisingly clean and seemed to b recently renovated

Lots of homeless people/drug users sitting right at the steps of the hotel which made it feel unsafe

This hotel is a good option to stay at. Staff was friendly and we enjoyed our stay

Beautiful hotel and convenient location. Beds were comfy and its pretty up to date besides the shower. Bathroom lighting and big mirror was really nice

Check out is at 11 am and check in at 3pm. We got there around 4 and were given a room that still had people in it! So we quickly left before we invaded their privacy and got it switched up front. Not sure how it happened but regardless I would still go back

TV didn't work. Turns out it was unplugged behind the dresser. #1 on phone didn't work. There was no light over/next to the couch, so couldn't read paper. Heat/cool was very noisy.
