    Just okay.
    The staff was very friendly and helpful.
    There were points where there was no water which made it a struggle to use the bathroom. The aircon gave us issues as well. I think you do not get value for money. The hotel is also very old and needs refurbishing.

    Nothing it too noisy, people drinking everywhere, kids running in the corridor
    The service in general was poor, staff didn't look interested when you talk to them, the were no towels in our room and when we asked for towels they brought dirty towels. The shower head was damaged.

    This by far was the worst experience ever
    After the first night we went to the mall etc during the day and when we got back in the afternoon there was another guest in our room who used our toiletries etc and reception can't explain how and we couldn't even get hold of regional manager

    Value for cheap cost, but risk of below par services like dirty rooms
    Decent place for the money you are paying.
    Room smelt like urine, had to get staff to clean before i could stay in the room.

    You get what you pay for.
    Staff were accommodating. Bed was amazing.
    Room allocation right next to the ? Conference Room 317 was not ideal as staff were in there at all hours. Low water pressure in the shower, skew toilet and bed side light was worn and tattered. (Also had to ask for globes as there were non in the fitting when checked in) Bar was under stocked and could not server mixers.
