Not a good experience. The last time I book a place without a front desk. I booked the square suite for 2 nights and immediately realised I selected the wrong dates. I contacted them to explain the situation with a request to amend my booking to one day later. When I called them, it was very hard to communicate due to poor understanding of English. They told me it was not possible to change due inavailibity of the room. When I called the booking agent, they confirmed this was not true and that the room was available also one more night. I then called them back and they stated it was not possible to change due to their policy that you cant change the booking dates from 3 days before the booking starts. I made the booking 1 day before. The customer service agent of the hotel was extremely rude and did nothing to look for solutions. In the end, I made use of the 2nd night because I didnt want to loose all the money. In the meantime, I have sent them many more messages to please help to change the booking dates. They didnt reply to anything. The room was very dirty upon check-in with hairs and dust everywhere, and right at the window was a ice skating ring with extremely loud music from the morning till the evening. The jacuzzi in the room looks nice but is very small, and makes the room very humid and damp. It has actually no use to place one in a room like that. Since there is no physical frontdesk, all communication has to go through whatsapp, which is very unpersonal and due to the language barrier, sometimes impossible. In the end, due to food poisoning, I had to stay an extra night (of course paid) and the only positive thing the customer service did was to let me stay in the same room and book a taxi for the next day. Never again this place!!
