Great hotel with lovely staff!
The hotel is located around 10 minutes walk from the nearest tram station and 5 minutes to the promonade and beach. The room in-self is very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable and the design and amenities in the room were very new and modern. The hotel is given a 3 star, but I would give it a 4* plus.
We had the full seaview room which you can see the sunrise, but unfortunetly we visited in November the weather wasn't that great so the sky wasn't too clear for us to see it:(

We went at the end of November for a weekend break. I didnt want to come back. Alicante is amazing

Good hotel in quiet November
Nice, clean room with a balcony. Enough towels.
Very friendly staff at the reception, everything went smoothly.
Breakfast was very good and there were broad selection to choose.
Pool area was a nice extra, although the water was obviously cold in November.
Also, the trams to Alicante easy to use and affordable.
The beach area was long and beautiful, and also not crowded.
Location was a bit far, the tram takes around 25minutes to Alicante. The trams run every 30minutes in the evenings and in the mornings.
During November the Costa Blanca area is quite quiet. Many of the restaurants nearby were closed for example. However, after visiting a day in Benidorm, we were glad not been booked a hotel in such crowded area.
Breakfast in the hotel was quite expensive.
All in all there is not so much to complain about the hotel.
