Great location but the room needs ventilation

The location right next to Uffizi. Easy walking distance to most places. Clean, nice rooms. Small kitchen and table area

No ventilation at all - all windows shut closed. Moldy ceiling and tiles in the shower. Hot and stuffy inside the room and the heating regulator didnt work well but if turned off no air. Our room right next to the check in desk and every time people left the building the creaking door sound right outside our room.

Super central stay

The Relais is located in a strategic position. It's 1 minute away from Piazza della Signoria yet very close to the main Station. The self- check in was smooth and the apartment was clean and more than sufficient for 1 night in town.

The pillows are not comfortable in my opinion and the duvet was way too warm. We ended up sweating even though the room temperature was pretty low... The fridge was a bit noisy too and woke us up at night.

Relaxing and Enjoyable

Excellent location. Wonderful staff.

The lift is small. Can be challenging if you have a few people and with multiple luggage. Will need to take multiple trips up and down from the apartment.
