Villa Royal :-)

The Villa Royal is in a good location. Breakfast was great with a good selection. The atmosphere was very relaxed. We would like to say a 'special thank' you to the lady, the 'reception manager' who was understanding and ensured we were happy with our stay. We would stay here again sometime.

Bad location Very old building that needs maintenance, the a/c flooded the room with water and one of our luggage was damaged. The staffs response was very cold, they were not responsive efficiently. Would never go back there.

As always a pleasant stay!

It was my fifth (or so) time stay in this hotel. staff is very friendly, rooms are clean and pretty, theres a nice garden area in the back. The hotel has parking and is not in the ZTL zone. Its a 10min walk into the center. A supermarket is a 1min walk away. Breakfast has many options.

A wonderful place to stay in Florence

It has a really grand feel to it and has some great history. The staff were very welcoming and did all they could to make sure our stay was very pleasant.

If there happen to be noisy neighbours you will hear them and the plumbing noise too.
