    The staff were soo helpful! I wanted to book for a bus to DarEsalaam and they really helped.
    The bathrooms have no shower curtains. When you shower, water floods the entire bathroom area. Minor thing though.

    Hotel for travellers in Arusha
    Good location, clean room, comfortable bed, hot water in shower, delicious food in the restaurant, super friendly and helpful staff and affordable price.
    The wifi was unstable, always lost connection.

    I REALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, THERE ARE BED BUGS, I saw several stains on the mattress and sheets, I asked to change rooms, but the new room also had bed bugs. I think the whole hotel is infected. I requested a refund for the room, which they refused. After insisting, they offered to reimburse me only half of the price paid, as I insisted a lot, they reimbursed the entire price paid. It was 7:00 p.m. and I asked them to find me another room in another hotel, and they refused to pay for the new room. I REALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.
