Setting very nice, but no attention to detail on the accommodation side.

Lovely situation with beautiful views.

Although advertised as two bedrooms, there was actually only one separate bedroom. The other bed was in the open plan living area. Tea and coffee were provided but there was no milk. No oven trays for heating takeaway food in the oven. Six tubes of hair conditioner in the bathroom, but no shampoo, soap or shower gel, Sliding bathroom door had dropped, making it difficult to open/close. No parking available at door to unit, and many steps with no handrail up to entrance - problem for guest with mobility issues. Didn't seem to be anyone easily available to raise issues with - eg no milk, etc.

We went to experience the high tea which was amazing

The cottages were comfortable. The staff in the cafe were lovely. We had driven a long way to talk my grand daughter to Peter Rabbits garden and high tea. When we got there the garden was closed - we were not notified, the staff kindly opened the garden the next morning for us. That was very kind.

No WIFI No milk but tea and coffee No shampoo but conditioner Most of the bedside lamps had blown globes The accomodation was good but a bit tired.

Beautiful location, amazing facilities, needs a little love and attention

The outlook, privacy and facilities provided were beautiful

The unit needed a good clean, dirty bedding, missing condiments (no milk, empty salt and pepper), previous peoples ice cream in the freezer, apple core left in the bathroom, only conditioner provided, and roosters nesting in front of our accomodation who from 3:30am onwards crow waking everyone up!! Ear plugs should be provided! For the expensive price more care and attention should be provided. And we didnt see a single staff member to check to see if we needed anything. Laundry area and steps need maintenance and a good clean - very dirty and dusty.

Lovely decor and beautiful spot.

Not well suited to families. The kitchen was not well equipped/stocked. No info on the property/area provided. No lock on bathroom door, only one dishwasher tab provided for a family of 5 for a 3 night stay.
