Okay if all you care about is the location

Excellent location right near the duomo. Spacious room and bathroom. Everything was clean and tidy.

Very very loud and no, just because ear plugs were provided does not mean everyone can have a peaceful sleep! Very hard matress although thats probably a question of individual taste. There was a very strong smell of frying oil that came in through the vents all night long, extremely unpleasant! No breakfast on site.

The location is excellent, rooms are comfy and toilets were very clean. It's right above the main street leading to the duomo, there are traffic noices and tram lines right outside the window.

The staff can be a bit flexible with requests from guests. There is no lobby.

Great location!!! Very clean, updated room set up with such good intention. Furniture set up, details, coffee maker, Water complimentary! Also very spacious bathroom.
