    Poor internal furnishes - fittings and equipment were cheap and just functional. Beds were uncomfortable and poor quality Floor boards creaked badly whenever upstairs tenants moved

    Location is nice even if was up the hill.
    I was asked to transfer money in someones bank account first. The house was very dirty. There is no isolation of any kind. We were staying on the ground floor flat and you could hear every single step of the persons from upstairs, water through the drains and the windows were not useful at all, you can hear every single noise from the street and people walking by. If there is a child in the property they will blame the child, like we were told the noise was from the child ( living upstairs). It was just a pathetic excuse and left me with a bitter taste and i wish I could tell the parents of the child how the host is talking about them.

    Lovely place, ideal size for a family of 3, fantastic views, could just do with a bit of updating..
    The closeness it was to where we were attending a wedding, the onside parking and the view. Lea was very helpful and welcoming. It was the ideal size for 3 of us (2 adults and a child),
    The sofa bed was very hard to sleep on (so hubby said - i had the bed with my daughter) and it had stains on the seat. It was okay when sitting on it but not sleeping on it. The settee and chair looked lovely but not really chairs you could relax in. We also couldn't locate a light switch at the bottom of the stairs so had to use our phones to go up the stairs in the dark to turn the lights on. I also kept banging my head on the ceiling when I got out of bed

    We had a wonderful stay in St Ives and the great room only served to compliment that!
    The location of the apartment was fantastic: the balcony had a stunning sea view, but wasn't battered by the strong winds. The apartment was comfy overall.
    The apartment was pretty much flawless. Only critique I could give is that temperature was quite difficult to control, often too hot or too cold, however that comes with it being a loft conversion.

    Sofa bed not really fit for purpose as a second bed option, hard bar across the middle making it very uncomfortable, sofa in living room uncomfortable if staying for more than 1 or 2 nights, double bed seemed very small.

    Great view of the ocean. Lovely accommodation & Lea was a lovely host.
