50th Birthday Get-away

The options of resturants to eat and the room facilities which were exceptional! Nothing was too much for the staff when we needed to change items in the room.

The birds at breakfast time! They sre a nuance and health hazard and amendments should ne made urgently to ensure breakfast doesn't resilt in a game of dodge-the-bird when you are eating!

Was nice staff very friendly for the most part made special birthday request and Alana helped us with that, Petrina from guest services was nice. The manage at Zen was excellent..

The security at the front was off putting he was there when we checked in Dec 2 and there when we were leaving December 4 he was very discourteous in his approach. The Security company did not cause me to feel safe there was a full masked man on the beach soliciting I suppose but that was not safe.
