Such a great, comfortable room in an excellent location. Even with the New Years Eve celebrations, set ups and pack downs the room was still very well sound proof. Would absolutely book here again.

There seemed to be an issue with the power outlet in the kitchen, but the rest worked fine.

Pitiful. I will never stay here again particularly as it was an expensive seven days without service

The suite in itself was nice, however, there were no staff to greet you or to offer extra services, at all. I saw the manager once on day three briefly, and I outlined my concerns. The place was isolating as there wasn't anyone working in reception at all, this made me feel unsafe. No information in room about fire alarm safety, where to go to eat, how to contact medical services, where to put rubbish, not enough towel's. The shower sprayed water all over the floor, hence very unsafe to walk on after unless you used your bath towels to clean up excess water. No replacement towels, bathmat, face washers etc, no cleaning of room at all during stay.

The fire alarm went off at at roughly 10pm throughout the week, we had to stay on footpath for approximately 1 hour; until cleared by fireman. There was no contact after the event from management to apologise for the inconvenience or to check whether we were OK. An absolute disgrace!

The room was very spacious and the location excellent. Would have been wonderful for our less abled friends who had booked further up the hill and had to struggle up and down to access everything.

It was initially hard to contact as I couldn't find a contact phone number. When I booked through Booking.Com the number showed and I was able to call. Cathy was exceptionally helpful and lovely.

Good average place to stay. No character. Therefor not necessarily value for money.

location was excellent. The room was pleasant enough but lacked any character or style for the price.

Lack of style in the room. Cold boring interior design. No tea towels. Apart from the location, the room itself was down-market.
