Downstairs you will find the 2nd bedroom, which has a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan and built-in-robe. The 3rd bedding has 2 bunk beds, a ceiling can and a free-standing oil heater. There is a bathroom with a shower and a bath tub and a separate toilet. The large laundry has a sink, bench space and cupboards. There is a front load washing machine and tumble dryer.The 4th bedroom/rumpus room includes a double sofa bed and overlooks the trees, lake and golf course. It has a flat-screen TV, DVD player and a split system air-conditioner/heater. There is access from the living area to an outdoor deck with a small table and chairs as well as an outdoor shower.Upstairs there is a large modern kitchen with a built-in pantry, breakfast bar and 4 stools. All modern, Westinghouse appliances are included such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster and a kettle. There is a full range of crockery, cutlery and utensils as well as a Breville sandwich maker, BBQ utensils, baking trays, wine glasses and champagne flutes.There is a separate powder room and toilet. The main living area has a wood fireplace and a large split system air-conditioner or heater. There is a flat-screen TV, DVD player and surround sound system. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower and 2 basins. There is also a large walk-in wardrobe, a wall mounted flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, clock radio and an iPod docking station. The master bedroom has sliding doors that have access to a large balcony with high uninterrupted views of the golf ranch and lake. A complimentary high chair and porta cot is available.The downstairs living room opens out onto a large deck, which has modern outdoor furniture an outdoor dining table with bench seats and chairs, an outdoor heater, barbecue facilities and spectacular views.Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Beautiful, modern and spacious home

Location is quiet and has a lovely aspect over the golf course Beautifully decorated Open, spacious and light Suited teenager with separate lounge/room Master bedroom upstairs away from other bedrooms downstairs.

Nothing - we loved it and will be back * Note: Unfortunately the garage is low entry if you have a 4WD with roof racks, so we couldn't use it. However, the driveway is great and in a safe neighbourhood. It didn't bother us not being undercover.

Very good

very clean with a beautiful view and kid safe with a beautiful beach just a 5 minutes walk

loved the view and how clean the place was having 3 children under 5 staying I was worried about it being clean but it was good

well the tv or the dvd play downstairs didnt work at all it was super disappointed and the upstairs needs a update and downstairs it was cold and to hot that spilt air condition needs to be bigger I would be worried in winter with kids getting to cold

Great location and well appointed

Great views, great location, very well appointed. Glad we could bring our small dog, and it was exceptionally clean when we arrived.

Downstairs a little colder than upstairs but great to find electric heaters in both downstairs bedrooms.

Perfect holiday house to relax! Highly recommended!

Excellent house and perfect quiet location to relax; really great views (nice all day view + magnificent sunset view); fully equipped kitchen; some of the light bulbs weren't working, other than that, everything is perfect. We will visit again! Mauro was very helpful and easy to deal with.

Beautiful views, beaches and wildlife.

The view was gorgeous to wake up to. The deck was the best part in the evenings as it was cooler although if it was above thirty degrees I would imagine that you could not sit out there as it would be too hot.

We didn't use the couch space at all during the evening as there were not enough seats for six women. The chairs around the table were most uncomfortable when having to sit on them all night. The toilet in the master bedroom had a poo skid in the toilet and a terrible smell upon arrival & I had to clean it.
