Very poor

Dissapointing stay in a lovely City

I like that the hotel is in the center and the bed is comfortable.

First it is a very dark room and it's really dirty/dusty in the room, that when we arrived it seems like someone just checked out. All the soap bottles were empty and the toilette also is disgusting. For our 3 nights stay the cleaning service is not very well done aswell. Were they just fix the bed and change towels but they do not clean the room PROPERLY!! I'm really dissapointed and would not recommend this hotel suite again!!!! (Oh....WiFi is not working at the first dat aswell)

Verry poor breakfast, the suite its not at the same lokation with the hotel you have to walk, the suite its not a suite (if it is then its a very poor suite), in winter its coold (not cood condition with the heat)

Exactly as described

Very friendly staff at check in and a very clean apartment that was exactly as described. Comfortable bed and location was great.

It was quite dark. Fine for one night (we got in late and left early) but if you're staying longer, it's something to consider.

Dingy room

Good location but room was so dark it wasnt pleasant to go back to during the day. The reception staff were nice and gave us an extra light, but we had 3 rooms and they only had one lamp to loan.

As others have said, the rooms are dingy and darkly furnished making it hard to see. When we used our phone torch you could see the dust on surfaces poor cleaning staff wouldnt be able to see enough to clean properly.

Disappointing

Such a disappointment. We were looking forward to our stay but left feeling very underwhelmed.

Location and excellent welcome from checkin staff.

A lot. Appalling lighting - we could not see!! Some areas i.e. wardrobes and shelving, we needed our mobile phone torch! Very dark furniture, dark curtains and almost non existent lighting from lamps did not help situation. Photos of suite provided were not a true indication. As visiting guests from Australia, we would have liked a kettle for tea rather than use a coffee maker which gives tea a terrible flavour! Perhaps a welcome bottle of water and milk in fridge would be a nice touch. Considering the large sum of money we paid for two nights, we feel we were robbed. Would definitely not recommend this property.

Very good

Location was great - right in the main town and only a block back from the water. Lots of restaurants and a great Coop in close proximity. Great air conditioning. Lots of toiletries provided. Minibar if you wanted it.

The room was a bit dark even with the skylight open. Would probably have been nicer to be in the main hotel but we did have the floor to our room. It seemed to be an overflow accommodation area.
