Superb

Great breakfast with fresh fruit salad, good coffe , very good bread cheese and eggs.

The view is absolutely amazing- you cant be closer at the sea - and hear the waves - rooms are spacious and bed big and comfortable! Annette (?) she is so lovely and made my stay very comfortable!

You can hear people talking at the corridor.

Nice pool. Many shops/shopping mall in the are. +-10 min from Hermanus. Nice view from the pool.

Not a warm welcome when we arrived. We could only relax in our room since the common area was closed all the time for the owners. We could sit in the breakfast area but they close the door after supper, around 19.00 so when you wanted to relax in the evening we had to relax in our room, without facilities. No WiFi in the room, and since the guests area was closed all the time, we had to stand in front of the main door of the common area to send family a message. The owners were there but never greeted us. It was just not a comfortable stay since the people were not very friendly, the bathroom had a terrible smell, and the owners used the common area, which was supposed to be for guests. Compared to the other, more basic, accommodations we stayed in we wouldve chosen a different accommodation.
