Lacking attention to detail. But egg on toast was good.

The view from balcony was lovely. It was a clean room. Staff were helpful when asked. Potentially this could be a great hotel. I have stayed in hundreds of them. Eggs sunny side up with toast was good!

No shade over the pool. No shade for parking. Awful coffee. It was either too strong or too cold. This could be a great hotel. Very noisy bird nest farm next door. . Rubbish from hotel in street. Breakfast tables were too big.

Excellent Hotel in Kep !

The staff has been absolutely incredible ! Helpful, friendly, available, smiling... That would be one of our best memorie from the hotel. The room was very spacious, well furnished, very clean and the bed comfortable. The swimming pool was great and clean ! We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel and without a doubt recommend !!

Western standard alike hotel in Kep.

The manager is very helpful and fluent at English. Concerned about the well being of his guests and engaging with the appropriately to ensure they are happy. The front desk staff however does not speak English. They need support from a super friendly lady in the kitchen, which sums up Cambodia for you. People are not in the right job. I had a booking.com upgrade, and was offered a suite. Super comfy bed to cambodian standards. I checked the other rooms, and there is no bed comfort difference between the suite and normal rooms.

This is a wedding hotel, so expect to have disturbances at certain times, particularly in the early morning as Cambodians are active at sunrise. The leather couches in the suite could have been cleaner, some stains. The wifi is a Kep area thing. It comes and goes. If you need to video conference at a specific time, don't count on it in Kep. Nothing this hotel can do about. The property is a bit far out. I'm happy to rely on tuktuks since I do not drive motorbikes(scared), but in Kep they are sometimes impossible to get. Also no regular bikes to be rented in Kep. Be prepared in the evening to walk 40 min from the town to the hotel if no tuktuks are around. They are actually around, but enjoying Kep with their family in the evening, pointing to you they are off duty. Have phone battery for lighting in the street, and don't be scared of roaming dogs. Tranquil & clean with the most Amazing staff!

This hotel is massively underrated and a hidden gem - go check it out! Wow!! We were blown away by the cleanliness, the hospitality and the overall beauty of this property. The location was easy to find using GPS. Its not on a main road which added to the tranquility. Such a calm & peaceful space to just unwind from the crazy city. We stayed for 3 amazing nights and everyday was like a breath of fresh air. Its definitely off the beaten track, but a short 5 min walk to the main road. You would need some sort of vehicle or bike for convenience. A relaxing swimming pool was such a welcoming treat everyday. We always felt like we were far-far away! If you looking for tranquility & privacy, then this is definitely it! The charm of this place is definitely the hands-on manager and all the staff, all super friendly and extended their hospitality to us even though it was their national holidays. We always rate hotels on their people and not the small things, people makes a business - so Well Done & Thank you so much for your hospitality!!!

There is honestly nothing I can fault this place, nothing at all. Unfortunately one day the balcony light was left on, and we came back to our room swamped with bugs & mosquitoes, but thats no fault of the hotel, we just sprayed the room and it was fine. So be sure to turn off all the lights before you leave as they entered under the sliding door. Also if you big on breakfast, then you should know its a simple Khmer style breakfast which was fine for us as we enjoyed it, especially hubby as he could eat as much as he liked!
