Nice new resort at Kep

Nice clean, newly built hotel, mountain views were nice, polite staff willing to help you out, early check-in was no issues, although they were very quiet that day. Pool area is clean, great breakfast. Hotel can book bus tickets and provide local advice! Room was great, spacious. They offer easy scooter rental which is a must if you dont have transport as hotel isnt in easy walkable distance to anywhere, few dollars more than elsewhere but you dont have to leave passport with anyone and its extremely convenient, wouldnt recommend riding in Cambodia for a beginner though.

Reception staff need more training, we wanted to extend stay by a night and initially get quoted more than the booking rate? Every other hotel will give you a slightly better rate at the desk, then reception makes it out like the rate I eventually bargained (same as booking rate) was a special price? Check out took over 25mins just to pay for scooter and mini bar bills, young lad at front desk was constantly on the phone to his boss regarding a simple checkout? He also asked us to pay for bus ticket despite us paying for it the previous day, this was an early bus meaning we missed having breakfast due to spending this unforeseen time at reception. Strange housekeeping times, you never know what time theyll knock/clean, one day late, one day early! They arrived late one-day when we just got back from a day-trip so I decline a clean and the girls start laughing hysterically to each other?? Not very professional. Food from on-site restaurant/room service wasnt the best. Breakfast was good but one day la carte and the next day buffet style?? Strange!

Perfect hotel great staff

Hotel had perfect facilities and good staff. Swimming pool was a good size. Breakfast was delicious-set menu (should probably ask if we wanted all items,bread went to waste twice)

Impossible to get tuc tuc after 9pm in kep, night receptionist kindly collected us when we got stranded. Checked our rooms before check out(luckily as we had taken an extra coke from the mini bar)

Easy and comfortable place for families to stay

Large spacious and immaculate family room and shower room/walk through closet. Lovely space for kids - playground, grass to run on, huge pool (although it was very cold). Decent breakfast buffet, lots of Asian options but also the usual: fruit, cereal, toast, eggs etc. staff were friendly and helpful.

The balcony bars were like a ladder so not safe for little children at all (we kept the balcony doors closed all the time).

It was a pleasant stay. Staffs were friendly, helpful.

Hotel provided set breakfast during low occupancy period - set menu was good, different combinations of western & khmer options. On high occupancy period, there was buffet breakfast, with eggs & noodle station. Overall, it was good.

Room on the 3rd floor - the wifi was rather weak and slow. During the high occupancy period, the service level was affected, resulting in slower response, and having to repeat orders, instructions, etc. Hotel should engage more part-time staffs to cope with the guests during busy periods (especially during the public holidays, such as Pchum Ben, Khmer New Year, others).
