    Room was incredibly hot and next to that very very very small. Don't base your expectations on the pictures because they are not the reality at least with our room. High expectations zero comeback. The staff was the only highlight they where simply amazing. Thank you for trying to fix our unfixable problems.

    We loved everything about this hotel. Very clean and spacious. The breakfast was superb, we were looked after by Micheal who could do enough for us. The breakfast selection was fabulous and fresh. Everything in the room was spotless, slippers, robes etc. Would recommend.
    I would have liked drink facilities to make tea or coffee. I thought they should provide water free of charge. Prices for mini fridge were expensive considering we had paid a lot for a suite.

    Great venue, comfortable accommodations, very pleasant staff.
    Makela was a wonderful host. We loved our cave room and the small patio outdoors. The breakfasts were also exceptional.
    Check -in was confusing. We were not aware that we weren't allowed to drive down to the stairs that lead to the hotel. Finding the hotel was very challenging.

    Special rooms and great service.
    Beautiful stay in the middle of Matera. The staff was very kind, so we felt really welcomed. Our room was big and clean. Extraordinary location and good service. I would definitely recommend it / come back.

    Right in the heart of Matera. Micheles breakfast were excellent, with a lot of variety. Staff was welcoming and very supportive and attentive to out needs.
