    Nice hotel at a great location with the tramstation in the street
    Great location with the tram (Sprvagn) plattform just right outsite, giving you access to where you want yo go and walking distance (20min)to the central station. Nice room and friendly staff.

    The breakfast was very good, the location was also good for us.
    Dirty rooms. Hairs on the flor. Asked for another room, got it. However it was just as dirty. Old clothes from the previous guest under the bed.

    Wonderful location and great facilities at a reasonable price. The breakfast was just what I needed. The staff are really friendly and couldn't do enough for me. I will certainly stay here again. I am looking at booking a holiday next time with no work.
    Bathroom Design: While the bathroom was clean, it felt outdated and could use some renovation. A more modern design and updated fixtures would enhance the overall experience. Noise Levels: The walls seemed a bit thin, and noise from neighbouring rooms and the corridor was noticeable. A better soundproofing solution would be beneficial for guests' comfort. Limited Dining Options: The hotel's on-site restaurant had a limited menu, and the options for in-room dining were also limited. Expanding the culinary offerings would be a welcome improvement. Pricey Extras: While the room rate was reasonable, some of the hotel's additional services, such as parking and breakfast, were on the expensive side. Inclusivity or more competitive pricing for these services would be appreciated. In conclusion, the Scandic Rubinen Hotel is a decent choice for its location and overall service quality, but it has room for improvement. Enhancements in room size, bathroom design, soundproofing, dining options, and pricing for extras would make it a more competitive and enjoyable stay. Despite the areas where it fell short, the friendly staff and comfortable beds still made for a pleasant visit to Gothenburg.

    Everything from room to breakfast, no noise though near the main road, the breakfast was nicely cooked and served. staff were very polite and welcoming. I will definitely use your hotel next time i come to Sweden
    The security was very good using a card to access the stairs that was great.
