Very good

Good accomodation

Very spacious, clean, and well equipped. Good location and good views across open fields from upstairs bedroom. Lovely welcome pack.

A few problems with things around the chalet. Had to fix the loose toilet roll holder in upstairs ensuite. The shower head was broken in the upstairs bathroom. A couple of the windows in upstairs bedrooms did not open or close fully.

Superb

We were unable to use some of the facilities onsite ie pools we were under the impression we could pay to use them however we were not allowed to use them at all. Very disappointing especially for the grandchildren.

The property is lovely, and the owners were great. A bit disappointing how little there was to do around the property it

The property was great, the rooms were a great size. Everything was really tidy and easy to find and the property itself did have everything you needed.

The facilities within the Atlantic Reach resort looked great, with a pool, tennis court and some other great things to do, however, we did not have access to any. We did ask if we were able to pay a day pass at the site however, they confirmed that it would be 40 a month from the property owner. If we had this the property would have been exceptional. The location of the property was also a bit further outside of Newquay meaning that driving was a mandatory everyday for the property.

House was spacious, well equipt and perfect for our break

Upstairs floor boards very creaky waking the whole house if someone went to the bathroom in the night. Front double bedroom had dirty items left under the bed. Didn't ruin our stay and would book again

The location is fantastic, so much to do in the local area.

We arrived at the property it was not clean, there was rubbish from previous guests, dirty oven trays (hadn't been washed after cooking) dirty cutlery, make up on the bath, cobwebs. We did mention this to the host who did offer to had the cleaners return but we had already done a lot of it ourselves and didn't find it convenient to have to plan our next day around them returning. The property needs some fixing, the shower fittings are not attached to the wall in the downstairs bathroom and fell on me when using the shower. The strip in the kitchen floor was loose and had screws missing and loose causing a danger to our child. The microwave is full of rust. The window was hanging off of one bracket which was fixed during our stay. The boiler was not producing hot water, we spoke to the host who told us to reset it and make sure it wasn't on a timer, we did this and still found no hot water for 2 days. The door handle in the twin room was broken so unable to shut the door. The floorboards upstairs are so loud to walk on that it was a constant disturbance. We looked if we could find any other accommodation for the rest of the week as we were so unhappy but ended up leaving a day early as we were so dissatisfied.
