Great stay, peaceful location

Lovely modern property, beautiful views. Very clean- We stayed ten days, the property was cleaned once during our stay, fresh bed clothes etc. Really good cooking facilities. Driving distance to Cascais centre. (10-15 mins) car can be parked in garage.

That is was close to the village and the playground possible for Walking distance.

I am deeply disappointed to book a so called villa and get a run down house with lots of issues like black mold. Next time if I see black mold I move out immediately because its so unhealthy.

Great views! Peaceful location., Staff responsive to a problem with blocked shower.

Could have been better equipped- no logs for wood burners (think these are largely decorative), no bin bags, sheets on double bed too small. Small changes would have a big impact.

We had a blast in this great design villa

We loved the Villa for many things: design, spaciousness, the view, amanities, location- to name the most important. My husband said it has the best internet connection we have had during our many stays in different places. It was the perfect place for us for we were looking for something a bit secluded but within close range of a great beach (Guincho), lovely town (Cascais) and big city (Lisbon). It is recommended to have a car but you can also walk 10 min to the closest village to grocery store (Spar) or a few cafes. The communication with the owner Vasco and house managers was great. We got fantastic tips regarding restaurants which we all enjoyed very much. Hope to come back to this wonderful Villa and enjoy surfing at the beautiful Guincho beach.

The only tiny issue is driving into the garage. There is a neighbour's car parked just in front of the garage on a narrow road which makes the manouvers quite hard. The apartment owner is well aware of the problem and has tried to solve the issue. Hope the neighbour will be more empathetic and park the car a bit further.
