Very good

Beautiful views, perfect location, an amazing roof terrace! Simple breakfast.

We got two rooms and upgraded one of them to have an ocean view ($20 extra /day), it was worth it! Teh location is perfect, right up above the beach, with easy stairs to access the beach. Beautiful views. A quick walk on the beach to get to the downtown Pismo.

The breakfast was simple and one day they ran out of eggs half way through the breakfast.

Great stop off location, we will be back again

Great location with access to the beach. Nice pool area with a wonderful view of the sea.

Okay breakfast but as it was raining on the days we were there we had to eat outside or take back to our room as there is no dedicated restaurant area.

Exceptional

location, ambiance it was beautiful! Also loved the breakfast and coffee available

Server at the buffet was not friendly and had an attitude. Many people grumbling about her Also booking.com says no dogs allowed in the hotel profile but when we arrived there were dogs everywhere!!! We had to pay to have a dog sitter
