Location was perfect! Right behind Splash and steps from the sand.
The bed was not very comfortable and my back hurt in the mornings.

Ok, but disappointed.
It has own parking in the ground floor.
It was said ocean view from balcony. But balcony was 90% blocked by the roof of the other building, and through the corner you can see the ocean. Room #205. The customer service rep was saying "this is ocean facing". But in booking.com it was saying ocean viewing from balcony, it was ocean front. Very disappointing, misleading, lie to the customers. The photo of blocked view from balcony is added below.
They say they will give us discount of 10%. I don't know how the payment will be made, since it was paid through booking.com. very disappointing.

Everything! Staff (Camille) was very helpful, kind and has top quality customer service skills. Great location by pier, beach, food & shopping. Parking is closed in so youre never having to search for a parking spot.
Wash clothes could be replaced. They were rough and worn out.

Was expecting more than what we paid for. Very deceiving picture and write up on the property.
It was decorated very nicely. Close to the beach and other things downtown. The staff was nice.
The booking stayed it had an ocean view, which it did not. It did have a small partial view but our view was the roofs of other establishments. For this reason we did not sit outside. Also, the master bedroom had a large window which was on the well lit up outside hallway. Lights streamed through our room all night making it hard to sleep even with blinds pulled. Should have blackout blinds. Not enough coffee for in the morning do we had to walk and get some.. no fireplace in our room which the booking stated.
