Majority of the staff did not care about my knees or concerns. Only a gentleman named Louis was trying to be helpful.

I booked that location because they had a spa, but they did not have staffing to provide spa treatments as advertised. I tried to have Booking.com refund the second night because we did not want to stay there again. The room was dank and smelly and rundown. My vehicle was broken in to in hotel parking lot and all my valuables were stolen from the inside. Booking.com was not helpful in trying to get a refund And the hotel itself was reliant on Booking.com to approve a refund.
