A perfect get away - highly recommended

The hosts had clearly made an effort to make us feel welcome. The whole family was impressed with the cottage - which is a rare thing! We loved the Christmas Tree in the lounge. The beds were cosy, the shower was powerful and we didnt run out of hot water, my youngest enjoyed a jigsaw and there was spare oil in the cupboard to fry eggs .

The decor was lovely , the beds were very comfortable and the setting was peaceful. The pub at the top of the lane was very handy ( the Fox)

The parking was a trail especially after returning from a wedding at Corbridge.

Great accommodation which was very clean and comfortable. Hexham is great and property is central

There a no direct access to the property by car. We had to park a few streets away, which is ok, but with kids and multiple bags is a minor pain. It is possible to drive through the park (on a well used footpath) to offload bags, but that option is not very practical.

Loved our stay, would definitely book again if we were wanting to stay in the area.

Location was great for us.

Just the light at the key box, we arrived after 5.00 o'clock and struggled to use the code, luckily we had our mobile phone with a torch light, but not everyone has a mobile phone.

Very enjoyable stay with the location being very close to Hexham centre. The cottage is well equipped and comfortable.

Very comfortable and warm. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds.

Location was a bit tricky for us as we had a baby, pushchair etc which made loading and unloading the car a bit difficult.

It was a very nice and relaxing stay and people were very friendly

It was very cosy and modern. Close to pubs and bars. The host had left us tea, coffee and some goodies that was a nice thing to do

Superb place in a great location managed by excellent people.

The hosts have created a lovely relaxing space right in the centre of Hexham. It's gorgeous! And there was milk in the fridge :-o

The instructions to get to the cottage to unpack were confusing and needed a call to the owners for help.

Cosy, clean and well furnished cottage

Nice well furnished & comfortable cottage located on the edge of a nice green space. Excellent kitchen facilities and modern bathroom. A welcome pack of local food goodies & milk was a nice bonus. We had question regarding the function of the oven but our host was quickly round to explain.

Not being able to park next to the cottage wasn't ideal but parking in a side street nearby was OK. Un/Loading the car was OK due to temporary pass allowing access to the property thro the park.
