    Welcoming host, comfortable accommodation on olde worlde style, good breakfast provisions, beautiful location.
    Bumpy access road and steep stairs but the two bedrooms, kitchenette, and bathroom were all on one level

    Great little find and fab stay
    Beautiful location with lovely host Susan who made us feel very welcome. Great little private area with kitchen which suited us very well. Delicious treats every day for us and our dog too !

    The welcome, location, breakfast. Warm welcome and help throughout. Home made marmalade delicious. Nice to relax by the water.

    Wonderful B&B in a beautiful location!
    We had a lovely stay at this converted mill B&B. Our host Susan was very friendly, helpful & interesting as well. The property was quiet, just the sound of the water from the small but swift river that runs alongside the property. We ate plums straight from the trees & had a lovely continental breakfast. It was a very enjoyable stay in the suite that includes a kitchenette & long window seat for relaxing indoors.

    Excellent property & Great Location
    Immaculately clean. Gorgeous quiet location near Corbridge and wonderful gardens next to the picturesque river. Susan was charming and kind.
    The access road to the property could do with being resurfaced. Lots of potholes .
