Relaxing, rejuvenating and enjoyable overall.

The view is beautiful and you can tell that the property itself is well taken care of. The staff was pleasant, accommodating and extremely professional. We really appreciated all that they did to take care of us during our stay.

The BEST!

We come to this hotel whenever we are in the Lucerne area. It is AMAZING! Love everything from the staff, to the incredible views from the balcony, the room service, the huge range of delicious foods for breakfast and the playroom for kids. Every corner of the hotel has something fun and interesting! Will always stay here!
