    Located in Taman 1-Krubong, Selendang In Krubong Near Std Hang Jebat, MITC & UTEM offers gated & guarded accommodations in Melaka. Free private parking is available on site. Std H.Jebat, MITC & UTEM (Read More) is 4.3km, 8.9km & 14km respectively from this homstay. It is also located in the middle of the 3 famous attraction areas in Melaka; Alor Gajah, Ayer Keroh & Banda Hilir ie within 5-20km distant to any of them. It is next to the main road thus guarantees easy access to all the 3 areas All the 4 rooms are equipped with queen size beds (2 in master bedroom) + 1 additional bunk bed, 1 single bed & 1 floor mattress thus can accommodate a total of 14 pax comfortably. WIFI 30mbps powered by Unifi is free for our guests. Provided in the vacation home is 43" SMART TV for guests to watch online UHD movies by Netflix (guest own account), stream YouTube Premium & browse internet etc. A beautiful lake is just 3min drive from the homstay with a 1.5km jogging track. For our guests we will provide you with Travel Itinerary & E-Books comprising of Tourist Attraction Sites & Famous Food Outlets as reference, segregated based on the 3 areas mentioned earlier.     Satisfaction.
    The house is spacious, clean & comfortable. The owner was very prompt in giving feedback & very kind as well. Basic amenities was great. Highly recommended for big family outing.
    The registration, in & out procedure at the guard house was a bit disturbance. Have been told by the owner they're upgrading their system.. but the instruction given by the guard house was different by the different shift. But its not a big deal.

    Comfortable, spacious and value for money.
    I like that it is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood with a nearby commercial centre. Rooms and space are big enough to fit one big family at the given price. Not to mention wifi and smart TV are welcoming bonuses. Host is also very helpful and responsive on Whatsapp.
    No big issue here, just very small things such as no stopper for the porch gate hence someone has to hold the gate from closing before parking the car.
