Great Location & Value for Money.
Great location. Very close to attractions and underground parking. 20 for 24 hours. Hotel is modern but in a traditional building. Decent facilities Inc bar. Hotel was clean and well kept. Great value for money.
It was Christmas so staff response to an email request prior to my arrival was not replied to. That's all.

In the centre of town, the room has a balcony. Also, the room is spacious, and they provided a full bathroom with a bathtub.

Perfect location, good Wi-Fi the staff is great. The breakfast was wonderful; great verity.
I think the place was clean but the colors and decoration felt a little gloomy and that makes it feel like not too clean.
Bright colors might help.

The Spa is amazing...and really fun for kids too.
My parents, daughter and i were in one room with three dogs so it was a little crowded but for the money in the centre of Cadiz it was great. And the jewel in the crown was the spa which we went to twice at the 'kids' hour and we all absolutely loved. Take your own flip flops and swimming towel so you don't have to rent towel and buy flip flops that you are never going to use again.

Location in the old town is just perfect. Breakfast was super and had a great offering as well as omelettes by order. Room was quiet.
Room was too warm as the cooling was not working because of winter season. The blueish lighting in a lobby was not very pleasant

Perfect location in the very center of the old town, ideal for 1-2 night stays. Very nice SPA & indoor pool - we enjoyed it very much with our kids (accurate temperatures, size, many smaller relaxing pools).
The hotel and rooms are a bit tired. Family rooms with basically just beds (2 bigger beds for 4 people), no sitting area. Terrible coffee at the breakfast.
