    Excellent location, facilities and breakfast; booking was fussy.
    Location is excellent for longer walks to the old town and the city of arts and sciences. There is also a lovely park just a couple of minutes away! I really enjoyed the breakfast - a wide range of options, including fresh fruit and eggs made on order. The room was spacial and had everything I needed, including a comfortable work station.
    The reservation was fussy because the link for online booking did not work and in the end I had to make a bank transfer. This process included some unpleasant e-mails/ reminders on booking.com from the hotel about how my reservation will be cancelled if I do not make the payment, although the link did not work and it was the hotel's responsibility to fix it.

    Room key cards were getting de-magnetizwd every night and the front desk wanted us to wait through the check in process of other guests arriving at the hotel to replace them. Although replacing a key card only takes seconds.

    People at breakfast rea where very nice and helpful.
    People at rception where very slow during check-in. They ask for a credit card number as a garanti in case someone still same thing from the room. I did not like it at all
