Horrible experience.

Nothing that we liked.

There was only one glass for water. No hot kettle,the coffee maker wasn't working, slippers were kids size, couldn't use the hot tub after 11pm (there were no sign (s) anywhere the duration the hot tub was not accessible. Very bad communication. No one at the concierge desk. We will never ever go back to this hotel. Very bad experience.

Exceptional

A wonderful retreat in downtown Vancouver.

Impeccable property with amazing staff. We were upgraded to a suite just so we get into a room earlier. And then found complimentary wine and chocolates when we returned from the day.

There was nothing that I didnt like.

Nice but hugely overpriced

The staff, service, location and cleanliness

Definitely not good value for money. At the price, very basic rooms, very basic decor, nothing special

Beautifully appointed rooms. Fabulous service. Location was perfect.

Expected better atmosphere from a hotel of this caliber. Tight elevators, no lobby bar.

Very good

Wonderful city, lovely hotel located centrally

Central location was fabulous

Lack of storage for clothes for family in room. Separate toilet would also have been better with four people sharing. Confusion at breakfast each day as all of our breakfasts were included but we kept being charged for 2 breakfasts - it was removed on check out when we showed that our confirmation email said breakfast was included for all.
