Very good

Great stay

Nice staff. They gave my little one a lot of mini muffins coma use he loved them. :) Nice room and breakfast. Great location in south beach.

Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Miami

Location of property was excellent. Staff were extremely helpful. Option to grab something from the breakfast range be it a croissant or just a coffee was great.

Average hotel in an excellent location if you are looking for proximity to South Beach ..

Location is really good. The hotel provides daily house keeping which is a plus, however the cleaning staff is always knocking while you are in your room indicating they need to finish by 2:00 pm which can be quite inconvenient at times when you are resting or getting ready to head out. Beds are comfortable.

Breakfast is bad. If you are looking for a fresh hot breakfast with options such as omelettes, fresh waffles this is not the place for you. The hotel serves breakfast inside the kitchen on a small kitchen counter. Bread is not fresh, and waffles and bagels that are served are also frozen at times. Croissants are freshly baked but on one of the days during my stay they appeared stale. Bathrooms sink is really small and their is a distinct smell in the hotel lobby and inside the Room.

For the location and price per night this was a great option.

The location was amazing. It was only a block away from South Beach and the area was filled with shops and restaurants. The staff was great and the outside seating and lounge area was also a plus. Continental Breakfast was great given it was free with the stay but it was very basic. The A/C worked very well and was easy to set and control. They do offer beach chairs and towels for when you decide to go to the beach.

The photos online are not exactly what you get. This is a true boutique hotel meaning from the room to continental breakfast. If you are looking for Marriott, Hilton, Weston, or Sheraton accommodation this is not the place for you. The rooms were small and older looking and the bathroom tub stopper did not function appropriately. The water pressure was not strong and part of the two piece shower head did not work. We experienced bugs coming through the tub drain along with a beetle in the room. Continental breakfast was frozen waffles, yoghurt, cereal cups, toast, bagels, croissants, muffins, orange juice, oat milk, ham, cheese, apples and bananas. They do not offer complimentary water or have anywhere to fill water bottles.
