It was a a 3 . The location was the best feature .

Location a breakfast . Walking out to beach and boardwalk was the wonderful. Beach chairs and umbrella provided . CVS across the street and free trolley to south beach. Everything in walking distance .

Poor maintenance. Broken doors, rails , locks , no hallway bathrooms, broken gym equipment, uncomfortable beds .

Restless. Didn't sleep at night after finding the cockroaches.

Location

Cockroaches in running around the bed board at night, and on the walls. It should be closed by the department of health until they clean it up.

Would not stay there again. Did not like Miami at all.

We had a deluxe room which was 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms so worked well for 4 adults. Small bathrooms but lots of storage. Balconies off each room. The rooms were cleaned well daily. The breakfast we had included was basic but nice. The restaurant staff and front desk staff were really nice and friendly. Very close to the beach. Did not use the pool or beach amenities so cannot comment.

The beds were only double beds and were very high. The air conditioning was very loud. The balconies only had a view if you leaned over and looked to the left. Otherwise the view was the roof of adjoining buildings which had rubbish rolling around in the wind. Not worth paying the upgrade. The hallway to our room smelt like wet carpet and quite overpowering. Whole building was very dated and well overdue for a renovation. Ate dinner in the restaurant one night, were the only ones in there at 7.00pm Saturday night. The fish was frozen, crumbed pieces. would have expected fresh at a beach resort.
