    Great location, but too noisy for us. If you are a South Beach party person this hotel is ideal.
    The location was right on the beach and was very central to everything we needed. The room was enormous and the shower was great. My friend's bathroom didn't have a door, which was not ideal as it was a Mum/daughter sharing the room, so zero privacy!
    The Taxi and Uber drivers could not find it and dumped my friends a good 10 minute walk down the beach with all their suitcases - not a great start for them! Probably my own fault, but I didn't realise that there would be live music outside our bedroom window until the early hours. The music was good, but we were all so very tired and just wanted to sleep, which was impossible.

    Expensive, but very well located and the staff are great.
    The location is amazing, pretty close to espanhola way and Lincoln Road. Also there is breakfast included, which is great!
    The building is kind old, particularly the elevator.

    I wish I had a great experience staying at the hotel to be honest.
    I came in late because my flight was delayed. They still accepted me.
    The customer service was really bad actually. I feel like I was being stereotyped. The floor was really dirty.

    Location was perfect bed very comfortable bathroom spacious and clean staff very nice courtyard was great for hanging out entertainment and restaurant on property great nice authentic atmosphere
    Room sparse not cozy furniture shabby sheikh not to my liking balcony view obstructed by roof. Only one balcony chair

    Will definitely come back at the end of my trip!
    Such a wonderful find, the staff were delightful! The location was excellent and I could see the ocean from my room and I was so comfortable and felt really at home The best part of the city and loved the art deco buildings nearby.

    late arrival, the gentleman that had just started the night shift met me at my car with umbrella, was very kind and helpful . . . at 11:00pm!
    wasn't clear if there was dining in the lobby, seemed a little out of sync with the hotel.
