Short and Sweet

Location. Comfortable bed. Restaurant.

Bathtubs were all stained with rust. Definitely rooms need some renovations and updating.

My stay was great. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again in the future.

Proximity to the venue that I attended.

Parking garage getting in and out with the key card was an issue with my stay.

Its very close to the venue and stayed multiple times over years. This was the only time with any issues.

There wasnt a remote control, I had to call for one. I couldnt change the thermostat, it was so cold and I had to turn the whole system off. Poor outlet in the bathroom. Could really hear loud neighboring rooms.

Great downtown stopover

Great location with very friendly staff. Comfy beds, great views of the city from higher levels, lots of restaurants and sights nearby.

There was a mix up with the pre-payment via booking - if you do pre-pay, be sure to mention this often.

Not worth the price.

The gym.

Very outdated. Bathroom was old and hot water was not good to mix with cold. Beds were horribly made because the sheets were to small to fit the matras. For that price breakfast minimum they can do is include breakfast.
