Everything except the parking. The breakfast is outstanding. Location couldnt be better. Staff outdid themselves.
Valet parking: the staff is responsive and quick, very helpful, but having to valet park is annoying.

A large group was camped out on the floor right below our room. It was loud and unsightly. I was really bummed we paid so much to have trash and people laying all over the floor , chairs and couches . Also parking was horrible. No valeted parking, they charged 35 bucks

Good sleep with inner room.
Enjoyed having the "suite"--outside TV/Living room and the sleeping room was inside. Also, wonderfully large shower area (although not a tub). We also had a great breakfast included (as part of holiday campaign) that included open breakfast bar with hot food (waffle/french toast/ browned potatoes/bacon/sausage/biscuit-country gravy) etc.
A bit noisy as the room we stayed in overlooked the wide open area below, but it was shielded by the outside/living room.

the bed and pillows.
The extreme noise from the party underneath my room and the people in the atrium talking loudly that vibrated the furniture and kept me awake. I had to get up at 5 am for a flight so I was extremely tired. the room window did not lock and opened to the roof area. The engineers could not fix the lock and did not bring anything to block an intruder from getting in the room. I used hangers to try to block it from sliding. I left a voice mail message last week for the manager but never did get a call back.

Lovely staff, beautiful riverfront hotel, just gorgeous.
Maybe that you had to pay for parking..it was quite expensive.
