My stay was ok.
The location is ideal for visitors. There is a lot to see neat the hotel, walking distance and best of all, the Golden 1 arena.
I would prefer if they had given me a better view room, not one closer to the corner, and also I wish the room was better decorated for the occasion I reserved it for.

Not booking again, check in was the worst!
Convenient location, clean.
Had issues checking in. I was given a room that already had people in it. Not a great start. My bf and I had to go all the way back down the lobby with our luggage to let them know. I was given another room, but it was hot what I booked. I booked a king bed with city view.. I got 2 beds with a Kaiser permanente view. Before heading all the wayback down, I called front desk to let them know I asked for a king bed. They told me to please come back down to get me the correct room. I go back to the girl who gave me the wrong room in the first place and I let her know I want the room I booked. Then she says thats all I can get. That its what I booked for what I paid and that with third party bookings, you get whats available. I was insisting I booked and paid for a room with a king. The lady next to her was the one I spoke to in the phone and let her know they have that room available and that she spoke to me on the phone to let me know I can get that room. I was so over it. There was another lady there that kept going down to talk to the front desk as she was having issues too. The final room had the bed I wanted, but still had the horrendous Kaiser view! It is a really big building and its all you can see. Needless to say I was unhappy with the room and will probably not be booking that place again. I was too tired from the drive to sac and the going up and down to the lobby that I just have up and tried not to let it ruin our evening. The check in process alone is
Enough to ruin this place for me even though the hotel itself was nice.

Lovely pool
Amazing rooftop pool. We were lucky enough to have it almost to ourselves due to many guests going to a concert at the nearby music venue.
