    Every where you see lizards exactly in your balkony, our room haved big balkony but we cant use it because of lizards.

    nice but not very helpful staff
    upon arrival we emailed the hotel to ask for early check in and also if we could get a room close to our friends also staying at Sheraton. However they couldnt promise anything which I think is weird. I called them the same day as checkin and still they couldnt promise anything. when we finally arrived the room was ready but that we didnt know. the whole experience with the reception staff was not nice.

    I should have stayed at the Hilton
    Inside bar and bartenders (Emmanuel and I forgot the young lady) we very good at their job. Sitting at the pool was nice.
    Definitely one of the worst 5 stays Ive had in 30yrs of travel. Not worth the EU$600/nt. Be mindful that transport from train to property difficult & property wont help you get a taxi. The room was ok. Shower amenities were empty bottles on the wall and only one robe/slippers for a couple to go to pool. At the Kitchen Restaurant we were forgotten after our first course, after 45min we got up to leave. the Front of House Mgr told us it was because they were really busy. At the pool bar the next day, I asked if they had an experienced bartender to make a Margarita o/t Rocks. The young lady said she knew what to do. See pictures of what they call Margarita o/t Rocks. Spa was freezing. During our 2days, there were at least 4 other guests at front desk complaining staff/property were not worth the cost of room charges and not performing to the level of Sheraton reputation.

    The hotel, facilities, staff, food and location were all top drawer. We had the best time.
    The whole place was spotless and we felt at home the minute we walked through the door. Great location and the staff couldnt do enough for us. Well definitely be back!

    Special thanks to Giulio Bertoldi, the Resident Manager. We called earlier to book a table at the Michelin stars restaurant, Kitchen Restaurant and the person over the telephone confirmed our reservation. Upon checking in, we discovered to our horror that no reservation was made. After we were told it was fully booked, we had no choice but to walk in the rain to another restaurant nearby. Giulio who was informed by the restaurants staff, came quickly to apologize and offered us a discount at the restaurant. We are very pleased with his response as a manager to try rectify such an unpleasant situation.

    The hotel is quite old but room is clean. The supervisor at Kitchen Restaurant was so eager to serve his regular customer behind us, that he left us waiting for a table and didnt come back with any answer. Finally a waiter came and told us the restaurant was fully booked.
