Perfect location

I recently had the pleasure of staying at GH Bogota 100 and it was truly a delightful experience from start to finish. This hotel exceeded all my expectations, providing a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and impeccable service. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The check-in process was seamless, and the reception team went above and beyond to accommodate my preferences.

Very poor

Nice hotel but poor treatment

Breakfast was decent but you have to ask if you want fresh eggs. Room is basic but clean.

Front desk was very rude. I arrived after a long flight around 8 PM, and the front desk clerk had no manners. He didn't welcome me and just asked for my passport. After I was checked in, I went to my room and the key didn't work so when I went back to the desk, he never apologized and just gave me a new key. Very bad first impression.
