A lovely friendly hotel with a relaxed and courteous vibe

Beautiful view across the fields Being a bit out of town was more peaceful Wonderful personal service

No thermostat in rooms and it was too hot to sleep well in room No sound insulation (hard floors everywhere) means it can be noisy

We loved our stay!

The staff was perfect, if I needed to make a review just for them, I would say 10/10 for the customer service. They react immediately when we need something, we were very lucky to have our room upgraded! They have multiple advices for the city, we truly recommend this hotel!

The bikes are great but they should be checked from time to time.

Lovely hotel in a great setting with a beautiful pool

Beautiful pool and spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. It's nicely located, just a short cycle along the river to the centre of town. The breakfast was good and the staff are polite and helpful.

There was a lot of noise early each morning when the cleaners start their rounds because they walk the corridors with walkie talkies on full volume!

Lush little oasis that soothed my soul in the chaos of vietnam

We absolutely loved our stay at shining riverside. It was our favourite place to stay throughout our whole trip. It was a little out of town, which we actually enjoyed. We loved jumping on a free rental bike and biking into the main part of town. It a really easy route when youve done it once. Being out of of the main centre made it really peaceful and quiet and felt like a resort. The pool area was amazing! And we loved to be able come back mid day for a cool off when it got too hot and then get ready to go again when it cooled down a bit. The room we had was huge compared to the others we stayed in which made it easy to open our suitcases and spread out a bit. The room was beautiful and clean and had a balcony looking over the pool. Free breakfast is a major bonus so we could just stroll downstairs, fuel up and then plan the day. The staff were amazing and really helpful! Bina at reception was incredibly helpful and felt left a friend, she would message me on WhatsApp advising me on things to do for the day, booking taxis, and checking how we slept. Was very cute! :) We used the gym, it was a bit basic but we really didnt have the energy or motivation to commit in the heat and after our big days so not a biggy. We loved our stay here and would recommend it to anyone that wants a little oasis.
