Wonderful place to visit and stay. The staff and management were fantastic. I would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. It is close enough to the attractions to be convenient, but not so close as to be noisy. Surrounded by rice fields and one other property, there was none of the usual road noise associated with other hotels we visited. Tao and Peanut were considerate of our space and helpful when we needed it.

Perfect, affordable, good walking distance accommodation from Hoi An Old Town
The staff are very friendly. They try to cater to our needs and give more than we ask. Even when we change our plan in the last few minutes, they try to help us as much as they can.
My friend told me that it will need.awhile lot better to have handsoap when we wash our hands since it's a hassle to always go to the shower to get soap.

Best stay in Vietnam
the hotel is located in the middle of rice fields, between which there are sidewalks where it is pleasant to walk. the rooms are big and the courtyard is lovely. Hoi An old town is not far, 1,5 km walking.the breakfast was delicious and the coffee wonderful, we felt like at home, the host was great and we already miss them

A lovely calm place in the picturesque Hoi An!
The staff is extremely welcoming - Tao the owner did everything to make our stay memorable and always asking for honest feedback! Peanut - the co worker made sure she arranged all the activities around us at best local price and she gave us tips where to go and what to do. The room was super clean and the beds super large and comfy! We had local breakfast which was very delicious! The hotel offered us free bikes to move around which was amazing! They also offered them on our last day even after check out - which is super kind! Overall we are very very happy with Lavini Boutique hotel and highly recommend it!

The staff was so friendly and helpful and that was definitely a highlight! The villa is conveniently located between the old quarter and the beach, and you can easily get around by bike, which you can rent for free from the hotel.

Excellent choice:)
I come for the paddy field. However not the right season and it happened on a rainy day. Hopefully can visit for another time for good weather and grown paddy. The host and hostess really taking good care of their guests and try their best to make you feel like at home. I like the Vietnamese coffee they make. Thank you :)
