Superb

The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good and the hotel was nice and clean.

A little far from the old city. No bar or restaurant.

Very poor

Hoi An is a nice family get-away, and has multiple charms, just wished we had another hotel

Breakfast was limited to to local cuisine mostly and my family find it not suitable. Staff both at the Reception and the restaurant are generally very un-friendly and not helpful. When we asked for bottle water in the rooms they have to do multiple checks before giving us the water. We stayed in a double room and when asked for an extra key as our spouses wanted to go for SPA and the boys wanted to walk out for a drink - they simply told us to leave the key card at the reception as they cant issue tie key cards. Not heard of this before in any hotels I have stayed. Thank God our hotel stay at Melia in Da Nang was pleasant otherwise my family will give a thumbs down as their impressions for hospitality in Vietnam.

Amazing place, dont hesitate to book

The hotel is really good and exceptionally well on value for money given the quality of rooms and services. Location wise too it's somewhere in the middle, so that if you wan to visit An Bang Beach or Hoi an old town it's nearby The staff was really courtous and helpful. Special mention to Henry - Hotel manager, He for all the help during the stay as well as thanks to Lucia too for all the help

Nice place, friendly staff, great value for money

he room was very clean and comfortable. It is a very good location and close to all the restaurand , The staff were friendly and the pool is also nice to have , nice buffet breafast .
