    Staff has cancelled and charged our prepaid room due to late arrival for major snow force and charged a new room. They are not cooperating with invoices. Not reccommend to sleep there although the hotel is good. We were every year customers but no more.

    Friendly staff
    Tacky room. Issues with the payment. Payment was done but reminders kept being sent. Very overpriced wine. The whole place felt more like a student hostel. Not enough parking for guests.

    Staff at the bar was very nice and good at making cocktails. Loved the vegan breakfast options. Bar was very packed after the musical shows. No screaming kids at breakfast
    Was very pricey concerning the basic hotel room and basic breakfast. Signage to parking was confusing. Overall nice hotel.
