    Great place to stay in Lisbon
    The room was really cozy and clean and the bed condition was great. And the house owner Helen was a really kind and pleasant person so guided me kindly to do self-check-in, there was no trouble at all. If I can come back to Lisbon again, I will definitely stay here again!
    There were no slippers in the room. You would be better to prepare one.

    If guesthouses had stars, this would have 5!
    A new favorite for when staying in Lisbon, usually twice a year. Located close to the airport, an uber costs around 5 euros to get you there. Metro is just a 5 min walk if you wish to go down to the waterfront. Also has shopping close by, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants & cafs. The property is very clean and rooms are well planned out, beds are super comfortable with extra pillows if needed. Tv has plenty of channels both in Portuguese and English, also plenty of channels for children. You can't fault the bathroom, very clean and spacious. Balconies on the 2nd floor with seating for when the sun shines. A fully equipped kitchen is at hand and a lovely patio/garden for guests to use. Check-in is self-service and worked seamlessly. The host Helen will send all the details, codes via whats-app/sms prior to your stay and is always available via telephone if needed. Wifi connects easily and works well. All in all a perfect place to stay and highly recommended. 10 out of 10.

    Great and cozy place to live
    Great place to stay. Not far from the airport. The hostess is very friendly. The house is cozy and very clean.
    Location away from crowded streets, in a sector with private houses. But for those who like peace and quiet - it will be a plus.

    The coding system for the doors is very helpful Nice little garden with a small football ground Kitchen with all the needed equipment
    The rooms were rather small, not enough wardrobes for 4 people Due to the high humidity, our clothes have been wet all 5 days (might be also caused by the constant rain)

    DEPLORABLE. LOUD, UNFRIENDLY, NICKLED AND DIMED AND sparse.
    Deplorable. Three iron gates and three barking dogs next door made us feel as if we were in a prison. Key pad was faulty rendering a waste of an hour trying to get in. The dogs barking was incessant and we left after 45 minutes. Yes we used the facilities to wash our hands and then left. THEY REFUSED ANY REFUND AND BOOKING.COM customer service was awful. Worst place ever and I've NEVER complained on an open forum. Ever.

    Guesthouse fine , easy to get to airport
    Its modern and clean. Cheap Uber / taxi to Airport. 5 euro.
    Checkin with instructions, no one there. Complicated with heavy suitcases. Stairs up , than down to ground level room. A bit of a walk from Roma metro, again with suitcases.

    Helen has been amazing and really helpful with a lot of places to suggest and tips. We had the pleasure to meet her one morning and she has been super nice. check in and check out was automatic and super easy. If i will go back i will go there for sure again
